Table of contents for Choose Nourishing Thoughts
Here are some more nourishing thoughts you can use. Feel free to use them as is, or to modify them as needed. You can create your own nourishing thoughts which address specific areas of your life which you desire to address:
Whatever must be done can be done with enough effort and commitment, and I have more than enough energy and commitment to do whatever it takes.
Every thought and every action has a consequence. I create my own positive consequences by controlling by own thoughts and behavior.
My future is anything I decide to make it. My future is not dictated by my past. My future is determined by what I do right now, and I have every opportunity to make it the best it can possibly be.
My limitations do not define me. They challenge me to grow. I know that no one is free of limitations. Everyone who accomplishes anything does so in spite of his or her limitations. And so do I.
Rather than concerning myself too much with the past, I keep myself focused on what’s ahead, because that’s where I’ll be living my life from this point on.
I know that on the other side of every obstacle there is value, and that value is attained by moving past the obstacle.
Each day I keep in mind the truth that I have everything to gain by following my highest and best dreams.
I live each moment the way I choose to live it. Though the world always imposes restrictions and conditions, I have complete control over my own thoughts and over the way I choose to see the world.
Every day is an opportunity to create value through the application of my own efforts.
Right now, right here, I have everything I need to begin creating whatever I want. People just like me have started with much less and have achieved incredible things. I am absolutely certain that I will do it too, and with that certainty I move confidently forward.
When there is something I have decided to achieve, I make the effort to define it clearly, specifically and in great detail. This enables my mind to focus clearly and unambiguously on the goal.
I was born to do great things, and I am at my best when I’m working to make a positive difference in the world.
I have the ability to concentrate on any task, and to free myself from the influence of outside distractions.
Making full use of each moment, while I have that moment available, enables me to invest my time in efforts that will continue to bring value into my life long after the moment has passed.
